Their close proximity to quality carpet manufacturers like ShawTM, MohawkTM, and BeaulieuTM means they get the finest carpet products for less, and then pass the savings on to their customers. Tom’s Carpet Outlet even does custom area rugs of any shape or dimension on their in-house binding machine.
Tom’s Carpet provides flooring, both for residential and commercial locations. They have received the “Best of the Best Award” for floor covering in Chattanooga as well as multiple BBB Awards.

In March 2022, the Jones family purchased Tom’s Carpet but Will has been a part of the business for over fifteen years. What started as a part-time summer job turned into a lasting career in the flooring industry. Will works mostly with our new construction customers, providing flooring for a lot of the new homes you are seeing all over Chattanooga.
Tucker started with us part-time back in 2015. In 2021 he decided to make us his full-time work home and we couldn’t have been more excited. Tucker has been around long enough to know the ins and outs of all things flooring which makes him a huge asset to our team and to all of our customers. If you don’t see him in the store he’s probably out golfing or running.
Zach is our class clown with the best jokes. Everyone who comes in contact with Zach loves him and he wins the gold star in customer service. He also speaks multi-languages including Spanish which is super helpful with some of our customers!
Tim Bailiff is one of our head sales associates. We’ve had the privilege of having Tim on our team for the past four years. When he’s not out on the floor with customers, you’ll find him out in the woods hiking or biking with his wife Beth and their two pups.
Warehouse Manager – David is the newest member of our team. He comes from a background in grocery management so he’s helping get us to the next level with our ordering, inventory, and organizing processes. He’s been a great addition to our team!
